We require individuals whoare enthusiastic and proactive to join our extensive Pastoral team.  You will need to be motivated, compassionate and creative. You will be responsible for providing pastoral provision to pupils and supporting with whole school behaviour, attendance and safeguarding.  You must be professional and polite and have a good standard of literacy and communication skills.

You will need to be a team player who is well motivated, flexible and highly organised.  You will be a member of the PACT Central Support Team working closely with the Trust Business Leader for ICT, ICT Technicians and Leader for Computing across the Trust providing an outstanding level of service and support to all of our stakeholders.

We require someone who:

  • has significant relevant experience in an IT Support role including:
  • administration of Windows Server and Active Directory environments;
  • ICT systems, server and network installations, configuration and hardware maintenance;
  • the ability to diagnose and resolve network infrastructure, software and hardware faults;
  • experience leading on projects such as the procurement of new servers from conception to installation and commissioning including liaising with suppliers and external agencies; and provision of advice and support to end users.
  • is committed to safeguarding children and is proactive with regards to Online Safety and keeping children safe online; and with regards to Data Protection;
  • is able to lead on new developments and initiatives across the Trust;
  • is able to lead, support and develop a team of ICT Technicians;
  • has a strong work ethic and high expectations;
  • is able to communicate effectively with all stakeholders;
  • has a commitment to working strategically as part of a team to provide an outstanding service to all of our stakeholders; and
  • is a positive role model across the Trust leading by example as a member of the Central Support Team.
