Experienced Class Teacher

The Prince Albert Community Trust (PACT) wish to appoint an experienced teacher to start as soon as possible (MPS / UPS to be negotiated).  We are a forward thinking and innovative Multi Academy Trust (MAT) with fantastic pupils and Trustees, supportive governors and a great community. We place bespoke professional development and support at the heart of all we do. We are relentless in the pursuit of excellence for all our stakeholders and firmly believe in the coaching model. We are passionate about children’s learning, creative in our approach and constantly reflective in our philosophy.  Our family of schools consist of Prince Albert Primary School, Heathfield Primary School, Highfield J&I School, Birchfield Primary School and Sutton Park Primary School. We are currently building a Secondary Free School.

We passionately believe that staff are our biggest asset. We actively develop our staff through a personalised and bespoke CPD package that is tailored to the journey each and every individual wants to embark on. We invest heavily in our staff as we know that only through staff development will we achieve the very best outcomes for our children. We aim to identify the potential in all individuals in order to fast track staff to outstanding teachers / lead practitioners / SLEs or Leadership roles.

Academy Representative

BECOME AN ACADEMY REPRESENTATIVE

 

Would you like to make a difference to the lives of children?

Why not become an Academy Representative at one of our schools?

Becoming a Representative can be a rewarding and life-changing experience. It provides an opportunity to make a valuable contribution to our learning communities.

Representative opportunities are available across the Trust. We are ideally looking for professionals with leadership expertise, possibly with some governance experience. Representatives carry out a range of duties and attend meetings with fellow members of their Academy Committee throughout the year.

The Prince Albert Community Trust are seeking motivated individuals who have got what it takes to help us drive our schools forward and who share our commitment to sustaining high performance.  

Applicants must be passionate about the role we play in improving life chances for the children in our communities. They should also be committed to bringing their strategic skills to bear in a challenging, but fulfilling, role.
